Physical Rehabilitation Program
How our rehab program can take you out of pain?
Have you been seriously injured in an accident?
Have you been suffering from aches and pains for quite some time?
Are you not able to do the activities you love because of an injury?
If you fit any of these categories we might have a solution:
Even though most injuries seem to patients to be in one specific place, usually 90% of the time it relates and is connected to another area of the body. Injuries tend to also run deep down in the ligaments, tendons, and tiny connective muscles.
The Doctor and rehab therapist tries to find exactly where the route or routes of the problem area are through proper testing and evaluations. Once the areas are determined cutting edge equipment is used to strengthen, stretch, and rebuild the tiny muscles, ligaments, and tendons in the inflamed areas to take you out of pain.

Before a patient enters into rehab the doctor must evaluate the patient to see if he or she is ready for exercises. On average it takes 2-4 weeks of chiropractic care and or massage before a patient begins exercise. Physical Performance Test Once the doctor feels the patient is ready for rehab the doctor will have the therapist perform a Physical PerformanceTest (PPT). This gives the doctor and therapist a good idea of what areas in the body need more flexibility and strength to determine the correct exercise program for the patient. Each phase lasts 12-20 sessions Sessions usually last 15-45 minutes remove the word long After each phase the doctor and rehab specialist will do another Physical Performance Test to see if the patient is showing improvement and is ready to move into a new phase with new and more challenging exercise. In many cases the doctor will have the patients do the exercises at home when they can do the exercises correctly and are coming in on a consistent basis in the initial part of their exercise care.
